It is ideally suited for a single occupant, and the price quoted is for one individual. Kindly note that pets are not allowed. The property is located on Venice Island.

The Homeowners Association fee is $135. We are able to deduct this amount from the first month's payment upon approval. A minimum lease term of 6 months is required.

Currently, a young working gentleman resides in the master bedroom.

The premises are consistently maintained in a clean condition.

You can visit the public beaches, fish from the city pier or jetty, or venture out for an isolated stroll along Casperson's beach, known as the shark's tooth capital of the world.
