1 Bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished condo available for monthly & weekly rentals located on North Beath in Corpus Christi Texas. Walking distance to the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, restaurants, gift shops & public transportation. Less than 1 mile from Hurricane Alley Waterpark & Whataburger Field.

No smoking, no pets allowed.
Monthly rentals available for 1-3 months. Monthly rates are $1200 per month with a $500 refundable security deposit upon inspection of the unit after check out. Monthly rental includes up to the first $100 towards electricity & any amounts over $100 will be charged to the tenant's credit card on file. Weekly rentals also available.
There is a one-time $20 parking fee that is paid directly to the condominium association when you check in at the office front desk. It includes the parking pass for your entire stay & a swipe card key that you can use for the beach gate entrance. Like any other hotel, the front desk requires a picture ID of all adults staying in the unit. The VDS association requires a background check on all adults staying longer than 30-days. The HOA will only allow no more than 4 persons, up to 2 adults max for long term rentals 30+ days. There is a strict HOA no smoking & no pets policy in & around the condo.

Please note: the condominium complex is currently under construction but the unit is not affected.
