The home has two private bedroom + full bathroom setups on separate levels: an adjustable King bed on the main floor and a Queen bedroom downstairs. It's also especially well set up for working from home, with a dedicated quiet office featuring a standing desk, bike desk, plus a second standing desk/workspace in the main living area.

The spacious kitchen has everything you need for everyday cooking, while the cozy den has a large TV and fireplace. There's also a dedicated home gym with everything you need to stay active.

Outside, the large fully fenced backyard has a private hot tub, gas fire pit, string lights - and pets are welcome. Out front, the porch has a bistro set and beautiful mountain views for morning coffee.

The home comes fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, plenty of parking, and nice landscaping

It's centrally located near I-15 and I-215, making it incredibly easy to get around the Salt Lake Valley, while the house itself sits on a quiet residential street with virtually no through traffic. Shopping, groceries, restaurants, gyms, Fashion Place Mall and public transportation are all nearby, with easy access to downtown Salt Lake, the airport and the canyons.

Owner pays for all utilities except internet.
Renter may either pay a $150/month landscaping fee from May-Sep for yard care to be provided, or they can take care of it themselves and the fee will be waived.
