This is a newly purchased property we are actively improving. It is in the Trumansburg School district and conveniently located 10 minutes from Trumansburg and 15 minutes from Ithaca. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we're actively trying to fill the building with quiet friendly families. Onsite laundry will be available in the spring. Each unit features a deck off the back of the home for grilling and outdoor activities.

Landlord pays for water and household trash removal. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. There is no smoking of any sort inside the building. On site coin operated laundry will be available in the spring in a separate area of the building. Dogs must be family friendly, well trained and go to the bathroom outside (no pee pads allowed). If cats utilize a litter box the area must be clean and all litter must stay cleaned up to prevent urination on the floors. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow from their doorway to vehicles however the parking lot is professionally maintained. Outside of the building must stay clean and free of personal belonging and dogs are not allowed to be tied up outside. Lease duration is 1 year with first and security due at signing.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."

Many grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores to shop. Unique shops on the main common area in the middle of the city. There is so many outdoor lights activities for all ages in the Finger Lakes area. "
