Our Villa Style 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment Home is renting for $2,000 including a grand kitchen with counter height seating area, washer/dryer in unit, king size bed, walk in closet and a backyard patio area! This 698 square foot apartment is ready for you!
To apply there is a $50 application fee per adult, as well as a non-refundable administration fee of $250 for a 1 bedroom that covers minor maintenance and cleaning.
