FULLY FURNISHED/TURNKEY/Pet Friendly - the cute home was set up as a vacation rental - 2 bedroom + den 1925 home has wood floors, high ceilings, a shaded front porch..it has been a short term vacation rental but now switching to month-to-month but would prefer a longer term of 3 to 6 months and can be flexible about timeframes. This home is turnkey -- wifi is included, along with linens, kitchenware and even cleaning products....ready for you! I can also provide a regular cleaning service for an additional fee. This is a great place for work-from home as it has a separate workspace/den in addition to the 2 bedrooms. Newer kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. There is a fenced back yard for your pets. Storage for bikes, etc is available. Enjoy the best of midtown in an established neighborhood, quaint 1920's homes, walkable streets and close to restaurants, cafes, transit and probably near where you work. Walk to light rail to downtown/ASU, and major transit along 7th street/Thomas. The local restaurant/music/social scene is vibrant.

VARIABLE TIMEFRAME:
FULLY FURNISHED/Turnkey:
Lease term can be 3 months, 6 months..or more..whatever works for you. I have had this property as a short term rental so it is fully furnished and turnkey with all that you need -- kitchen is fully equipped. Pets are fine -- the back yard is fenced.

FEES & DEPOSITS:
The refundable security deposit on a short term lease is $500 plus a $250 refundable cleaning deposit plus a non-refundable $150 pet cleaning fee if you have pets.

UTILITIES:
For a short term rental of 3 to 6 months, $200 per month for utilities in addition to rentl. For a longer term, you can put utilities in your name. . I'm offering a bonus for Sept 2025 - --no charge for Wifi - I include that for a 3-6 months or longer lease term.

PETS ALLOWED:
Dogs and Cats need to be approved in advance -- I can't tolerate pets who are not house trained - especially cats -- that is a deal breaker for me.

I don't allow smoking inside the house but the garden has a table and seating so that's fine outside

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
