Inside all wood-like luxury vinyl plank floors. 2 really nice upgraded bathrooms. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, a gas cooktop + hood, and a new Frigidaire Gallery wall oven. Parking is a covered carport + big concrete driveway (no garage or outside storage). But, See photo of nice inside mini-storage space too. The style is a little quaint/vintage, not super high-tech modern, but warm and cozy feeling for over 1700sf in size.

Owner requires good credit and proof of income. 2 year lease preferred. Tenant pays all utilities and trash service. Owner pays for weekly gardening service. Owners agent will meet any pets too :)
