Lovely guest house in lower Arcadia. Looking for the perfect tenant to join our little compound which consists of 2 of us in the main house, and another in an in-law suite attached to the main house, and you in the detached guest house in the back yard. Share the back yard sitting areas, hammock, and pool with us and take turns parking under the carport. Wi-fi is free, as is water and yard maintenance. You pay your own electricity. The rent is low because we will be very picky about who we rent to. We would prefer a woman because this will be kind of like a roommate situation. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Sorry, No Dogs.

OK to remove unwanted furniture if signing a one-year lease. One cat ok. No smoking, no roommates.

If interested, please send us a short bio about yourself. If we think you sound like a good fit for our home, we'll invite you to apply, then choose from applicants before we start showing.

Wi-Fi is included with the router in the main house. Tenant pays electricity (SRP), which is metered separately. Lawn and pool maintenance included as is water. No smoking. Park on the street. Guest house is in back yard; enter through the side gate.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
