The surrounding neighbors have lived here for over 20 years, making it safe and harmonious. Close to costco, grocery, plazas. There are several community parks nearby, and Coyote Hills Regional Park is within walking distance, great for hiking.
Two garage parking spaces are available, with additional parking in front of the garage or on the street. The furniture shown in the pictures has been removed. Tenants can bring their own furniture or contact the landlord for furniture arrangements. The homeowner lives on the premises, is quiet and stable, and has no pets.
The rent $900 is for the 2 smaller room. The main bedroom is $1600. Sorry it cannot be specifed on the system.
The landlord lives in the house but may not occupy the master bedroom.

Owner pays for all utilities including wifi, as long as you don't use exceed normal usage. No smoking allowed. Last month's rent due at signing.

    "The Siliman center has indoor pool. They offer fun activities for kids. My kids are adults now so I can’t comment too much about it. But when they were little, we had all sorts of classes there. Also May there is kite day and there is also Newark days. "
