The kitchen and dining room have vinyl floors. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and plenty of storage. There is a large storage closet in the dining room. The hallway has a long coat closet and a linen closet. The living room has a wall air conditioner and access to a balcony overlooking the street. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and good-sized closets. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, tub-shower with grab bars, a dual shower and sprayer as well as a new skylight. The shared laundry is in the basement with a full-size washer and dryer. Also, in the basement there is designated storage space and access to the garage. The garage for this apartment has a remote door opener.

No pets, no smoking, minimum (1) one year lease. The application fee is $65 per adult. Docuverus applications only. No other applications will be accepted. The rent is as advertised.
 When accepted, tenants are required to show proof of renters insurance outlined in the welcome package.
All monies are to be in certified funds and are due prior to moving in.
Requirements to move in include the first and last month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent as well as renters' insurance.
All Applicants 18 years and older must fill out their portion of one application and pass the credit check with good credit, a minimum of 600 as well as pass a criminal background check, no bankruptcy, no evictions.

People just don’t clean their properties as they should. There is often trash and debris along with animal feces from pet owners that don’t pick up. That reflects on the neighborhood negatively."

    "As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "
