House is also solar-powered, which significantly reduces monthly utility costs. 6-month or longer lease term required.

House is located in a quiet, peaceful family-friendly residential community, and is fairly new, constructed in 2017. Features a gorgeous modern kitchen with onyx-themed appliances, black granite countertops, and dark wood cabinetry. Spacious common areas have lots of windows, providing great natural lighting. Highlights include a dance/yoga/fitness studio downstairs, a den/loft/entertainment room upstairs, and a well landscaped and maintained backyard with a huge patio/outdoor covered lounge area, perfect for relaxing, socializing, barbecues, etc.

Looking to share this beautiful updated residence with a like-minded compatible housemate. Either male or female is ok! The home is a kid-friendly, smoke-free, drug-free, and drama-free environment! Ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, clean, courteous, and has respect for others and their possessions, has gainful employment preferably outside the home, and keeps fairly normal hours.

Small quiet dogs (under 15lbs) that are well house trained will be considered, especially well-behaved crated trained pups. Sorry, no cats as I am allergic .

Room is available for a single adult occupant only (no couples). Optional queen-size mattress available for use, if desired.

    "You can easily walk to whatever you need but the traffic is never bad. There is always an alternate route if you don’t feel like taking 35 (which is constantly backed up) so you can get to know all the little shortcuts in our town even better. Driving is easy and honestly enjoyable!"
