Private bedroom for rent is carpeted and roomy (120 sq. ft.) in a single-story 1,500 square foot house with a garage, back yard, laundry machines, and a roomy kitchen. Yard is bare and mostly dirt, but I'm working on fixing that.

Looking to get a group of young, professional folks under one roof. Bring a hobby!

$700/month plus utilities for a single bedroom and shared bathroom and access to all shared spaces in and out of the home such as the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and back yard. Lease is month-to-month with a minimum 30-day notice to vacate. Utility costs vary, with a large spike in the summer due to the heat.
There is street parking and enough driveway and garage space to comfortable fit three vehicles or to pack in up to six vehicles.
Renter would be responsible for the cleanliness of their own room and the collaborative maintenance of the shared spaces, though the owner will be responsible for any maintenance involving expenses.

Please, no untrained pets and no smoking or vaping indoors.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
