This property is located in a safe, gated, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the Sunridge Golf Course. It's perfect for a family and any pets, if applicable. It's also nearby to stores like Trader Joe's, Walmart, and Marshalls (10 min drive), as well as the North and South Sunridge Park (7 min bike ride to both), with a school bus stop very close to the house as well (5 min walk). Excellent area to bike or walk day or night. The carpets have been very recently cleaned, with a lovely balcony as well as lots of natural lighting. Well-kept yard out front, with quite a lot of storage within the home.

We prefer a rental term minimum of one year, with an occupancy limit of 7. We do not allow subletting. As for the utilities, the tenant(s) pays water, electricity, gas, and waste disposal. The tenant(s) is/are also responsible for maintaining the front lawn (e.g., mowing and setting the sprinklers). We also do not permit smoking indoors. We're pretty flexible on the pet policy, given that the location's cleanliness can be maintained over time and that we're informed of which pets are residing with the tenant(s).

    "Very dog friendly, people are always walking dogs all day long. There hasn’t been any dog attacks though, they are all very good dog owners. Not a lot of dog barking at night either, but plenty of coyote howling."

    "My neighborhood is mostly older couples and families, everyone is friendly, a few are a bit busy-bodyish, but we don’t do any neighborhood events. Most people are very private."

    "Safe area, except for scorpions, rattlers and at night coyotes. The coyotes will steal pets that are left out at night. Cats will help keep the scorpions from infesting your home. Expensive homes, mostly older folk, and families. "

    "Within walking distance of 2 parks and the elementary school. Great area for kids as the is hardly any traffic and is quiet. Hiking and dirt bike trails only minutes away. Nice clean neighborhood with friendly people!"

    "The views are lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. There are ample outdoor recreation events, and traffic is not bad at all. The area is very walkable except there isn't anything to walk to -- i.e. walking for exercise = excellent, whereas waling to get a quart of milk or cup of joe = ain't gonna happen. The downside is that the nearest stores, restaurants, etc are a minimum 18-20 mile round trip, and the neighborhood is full of California ex-pats who look down on the locals and don't get involved with the local events except to complain about them. "
