No subletting allowed for main house or ADU. All tenants must apply together. Owner does not allow for the Barn to be sublet or rented out as well. This is a non-smoking house/ADU. I drive my car to work and it's a nightmare because the speed limits make no sense (30 mph with 5 lanes of traffic?) and there's potholes every few yards but they are wish always doing roadwork...     "Uhhh the neighbors were friendly but overall it’s not a safe neighborhood to be in until you walk really deep into the neighborhood and not much of a safe place for children. I never saw kids playing outside and only saw two people ever walk their dogs. Just overall, there are better places."
