SLEMCO electricity, LUS water, and several internet providers to choose from. Storage facility located across the street for any extra storage!!

Owner pays for waste services (2 trash cans provided; services pass every Friday morning). Owner provides an AC filter each month.

100% non-smoking property. Tenant may only smoke outdoors and away from home.

Tenant responsible for all utilities. Maximum 2 indoor pets allowed (small dog or cat). $500 non-refundable pet deposit; or $250 per pet.

Parking in driveway or under carport only. No immobile vehicles to be left on property and will be towed at the expense of the tenant.

Tenant agrees to keep a well maintained yard and landscaping. Lawn must be mowed by tenant on a weekly basis during the growing season and grass must be kept short and manageable. If not lawn care services will be contracted to mow lawn by owner at the expense of the tenant.

    "There are many families around here and a reasonable number of parks to amuse the young ones. Park maintenance is pretty awesome with only a scattered couple being in less than desirable locations. The sense of community is dependent on when and how often one chooses to engage with their neighbor but I’ve never met an unfriendly one. Animals are loved, but cats seem a little pervasive with fewer stray dogs. The individuals that do have dogs are rather lax with leashing policies and picking up their dogs poop though- likely due to the fact that no neighbor complains at seeing an off leash dog in the neighborhood. Otherwise it’s a great place to live. "
