This house is situated in an old growth forest and is a unique living experience. Situated near the Oxbow Park Equestrian Trail, you have immediate access to Oxbow Park and hiking to the Sandy River. Living in a rural / forest setting requires some awareness of the environment that you are living in. Prior to any application being submitted, a pre screen phone call to talk through the unique aspects of this rental house are encouraged.

Maximum 6 occupants.

Maximum 4 cars (No Boat or RV Storage on site.)

Pets are allowed with non-refundable pet deposit, and additional monthly pet rental. (2 dogs max, no cats or other animals allowed)

Service animals must be registered with a nationally recognized service.

Proper renters insurance(s), including pet liability insurance must be obtained and maintained through the lease period.

Extensive home remodeling and enhancements have been completed in the last year:

- New Roof
- New HVAC system
- New flooring through-out the home
- New Kitchen Appliances
- New electrical outlets and lighting.
- New Deck
- New Balcony off the master bedroom suite
- Updated plumbing (Including new toilets, kitchen replumbing.

Tours are available upon request and will be scheduled after a pre screening call with the renter

Water, sewer (septic) and garbage included. Parking for up to 4 cars is allowed.

No commercial activity is allowed on the property.

Maximum 6 people in dwelling / Anybody over 18 will have a credit check and criminal background check review.

Maintenance of yard, basic road and surrounding areas to be maintained by renters.

Washer and dryer not included

New electrical panel can connect to a renter provides generator.
