Single-story home with 3-way bedroom split in Plano ISD. Electric cook top that actually vents out. New microwave (2024) and electric oven with lots of custom cabinetry in the kitchen and throughout the rest of the home. Home heating and water heater are both natural gas. Utility room has an optional gas hookup for dryer. HVAC on annual maintenance plan (included in rental price) to ensure uptime and HVAC can optionally be controlled remotely via phone or web app. All hard surface flooring throughout except 4th bedroom which has berber carpet. Nice walk-in-closets in 3 of 4 bedrooms.

Bidets in two of the three bathrooms.

Very central location convenient to 190 (George Bush) and 75 provides easy access to your workplace. A wide variety of grocery and warehouse stores are very close by as well.

Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying all utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water, Garbage, Internet).

No guests may stay more than 10 days without landlord approval and up to a maximum of 14 days in 30-day period.

No smoking on the property. A maximum of 4 vehicles unless approved by landlord.

No subleasing of the property including Airbnb.

Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis (max 20 lbs); pet interview required

Adding tenants at a later date subject to approval by Landlord.

Tenants are responsible for maintenance of property.

Occasionally there will be a concert in the park that is a nice change and offers the opportunity to get outside while enjoying the local musicians and later stroll down main street and have dinner at one of the many great dinning options that Plano offers."
