Descripción de la habitación

En inglés
'3515 Eudora St is a beautifully maintained historic home in the heart of Northeast Park Hill. Complete with arched doorways and hardwood floors, with contemporary features from a 2016 remodel. Close to the A-line RTD train to the airport and Union Station, 5 minutes from I-70, 10 minutes from RiNo, 15 minutes from downtown.'

Your room is a private, unfurnished 11x12 ft main floor bedroom with large east and north facing windows for dreamy morning light. Hardwood floors, overhead light, and closet. Shared full bath with tub & shower. The other occupants rooms are in the basement.

The house has a fully furnished shared living room, kitchen, and dining nook on the main floor, and the available bedroom is next to a private home office and guest bedroom. Laundry on-site. Off street parking.

The house has a spacious, fenced backyard. We have two large garden beds, a fire pit, and a grill. The front and backyard are undergoing xeriscaping renovations this fall and spring, so the outdoor spaces will become even more welcoming with time.

Utilities are split evenly across the roommates, and are not included in the rent. This includes water, gas, and solar electric, trash, and internet. Optional to opt into shared Ridwell recycling and Boxcar coffee beans. The shared living spaces in the home are professionally cleaned bi-weekly at no additional cost.

At this time, we are not open to additional pets.

The roommates are Gabby (she/her) and Gigi (they/she) and two yellow labs, Moose and Maggie. Gabby and Gigi occupy the basement rooms, and Gabby has a home office on the main floor. Since we both primarily work from home, we generally prefer the day time noise to be low.

The home is 420-friendly, but not friendly to cigarette smoke. We have guests over frequently, though we don't host loud parties.

Gabby loves to build puzzles and make art in her free time, and Gigi likes to get outside and ride bikes in their free time.

Flexible lease terms available from 3-months to 1-year with opportunity for renewal. $1200 security deposit due at lease signing. Rent & utilities due before the 7th of each month. Late fees apply, habitual late payment will result in early termination of lease.

Property is 420-friendly, but no cigarettes allowed.

One uncovered off-street parking spot available in alley driveway.

"The commute is very short. It is about 20 minutes anywhere in the Denver metro area. Right by a light rail and a bus stop"

"ive been living in this neighborhood since a kid. I love it here. Its like nostalgia living in the neighborhood again"
  • Scott L.
"This area is only 2 miles from the 16th St. mall and 1.5 miles from the big box stores in the Stapleton shopping area. This unique development is suburban living in the urban downtown. A bicycle is my preferred method of transportation in the summer. A nearby rail station will open in 2016 to provide transportation to the airport and Union Station."
  • Gfrancis7185
"I moved to Northeast Park Hill in July 2012. So far, I've been very happy. This neighborhood used to be a very bad area. In the 1960s, there were race riots and a local shopping center was burned. In the 1980s, the bloods spread to Denver from LA and made this their home territory. However, in recent years, much has been done to improve the area. The derelict shopping mall at Dahlia Square was torn down and replaced with a senior center. There have been improvements to libraries and rec centers. Stapleton and the retail at Quebec Square made the area more desirable. Crime has fallen every year since 2005, although there is still some gang activity around. Public transportation is pretty good. The area is close to Downtown, City Park, the retail and biek trails at Stapleton. Although some of the neighborhood schools are bad, the area is full of top-quality charter schools, including Denver School of the Arts, Denver School of Science and Technology and Swigert-Macauliffe International School. Another very big deal is that houses in the neighborhood are still cheaper than comparable ones right across Martin Luther King Blvd and pretty cheap for Denver in general. The area is not perfect. Aside from the residual gang presence, the area suffers from small houses and some very dirty alleys. But overall, I give it a thumbs up."
  • Scott L.
"The location is perfect with stapleton shopping just 1.5 miles to the east and the 16th St. mall only 4 miles to the west. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is completely removed from pass through traffic. "
