This apartment is located south of Camelback between the Biltmore and the Arcadia Areas. Close walking distance to Postinos, Le Grande Orange, Chelsa Kitchen and everything located on 32nd Street and Indian School Rd.

A very desirable area. I am an easygoing landlord looking for the right tenant who does not want to live in a big apartment complex. This unit is available the middle of December 2025. Your welcome to drive by get off and walk around.

I pay the water, gas, pool service, landscaping, sewage and trash.

The current tenant is leaving the end of November.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
