Panoramic Rocky Mountain View's (14 et's galore). Large fire-pit area (s'mores zone), teepee and second level outdoor deck (southern exposure) with barbecue (coal and propane), and outdoor seating and table. Washer and dryer located downstairs.
Amazing feel of off the grid living while still have great cell phone/data coverage plus strong wifi. Modern touches - nest, front door lock uses wifi, automated lights, new vanity and pendent lights. Just Bring your toothbrush and your clothes. Internet, water (from well), electric, and propane all included!
Pet deposit required - $250 per animal - non-refundable.
1st, last and security deposit.
House is located in Indian Mountain subdivision - easily accessible roads (no scary drop offs) in a valley with amazing mt. views, few homes on large acreages with but tons of privacy. Surrounded by trails and fishing and one hour to Breckinridge - amazing skiing, Salida area - white water rafting, half hour to Colorado trail, 25 minutes to FairPlay (cute old mining town with some restaurants, grocery shopping and hardware store), 45 to 60 mins to Bailey and Conifer (more restaurant and shopping options) and just an hour and half to Denver area.
