There is also an exit door to the pool deck, think midnight swim! There is an office/den off the great room, which could serve as a fifth or guest bedroom, if needed. Two more bedrooms share the second full bath, and the fourth bedroom is next to the third full bath, with tiled step-in shower. The washer and dryer are in this bathroom, as is another door out to the pool deck. From the kitchen, exit through the sliding glass doors to the pool area, with huge, freshly painted deck large enough for all your patio furniture. The entire area is screen-enclosed, to enjoy all seasons. The view from the pool deck is spectacular and relaxing, both. There is a gazebo to the left. There is a second entrance to the property which leads directly to the back portion of the land. It can be used as a private and/or business entrance. Several sheds and outbuildings are for the animals, tools, equipment. There are 2 irrigation wells. Home is on well and septic, so no water bills! The wooded back five acres are pristine, with trails, a fire pit and gathering area.
