Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
Are you looking for a clean, nice place to live with the flexibility to leave lease early to buy your own home? (see details below). Then you've found it! This townhome feels like new/2017 built, gently lived in with 2 bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom) + Den. Den has its own 1/2 bathroom as well. Quartz counters, Stainless Steel appliances, Hardwoods, carpet & tile flooring. Attached 1-car garage (with Xtra room on each side great for added storage-racks on site). Views of mountains and river. This location is awesome! It's just 5 minutes away from downtown amenities; restaurants, baseball/hockey Arena, Train station, shops, coffee & more. Being Central/East in Everett, It's a very quick commute to Boeing, Mukilteo, South Everett, North Everett, Lake Stevens, Snohomish and beyond. If heading to Seattle, the Sounder station is 2-3 minutes away. You can walk or ride your bike to the train station, or walk/ride for fun along the riverfront trail, soon to join with the New Everett Town Center(in process of being built). Other great walking/riding trails include 30 mile-Centennial Trail, or along the Lowell-Snohomish River Road, Lowell Riverfront Trail, or drop your kayak into the Snohomish river at the Lowell Boat Ramp just minutes away. Jetty Island is another fun spot to explore. GREAT North & South I-5 access, and less than 10 minutes to Paine Field Commercial Airport making for easy business and or leisure travel without the noisiness of living near an airport. This is truly a wonderful location to live in the beautiful PNW! If you're interested in buying a home in the near, or distant future, I also add to my lease the option to break early (excluding the months Oct-Feb) to buy a home, if using me as your Realtor. I've had two tenants take me up on this offer providing flexibility unique to renting from me :)

No smoking indoors or inside garage. No Pets. 1st months rent and $3000 deposit. Available now! Renter to pay all utilities (Garbage, electricity, gas, water, sewer) Recent tenants state the following utility costs (They lived in townhome Sept 2024-May 2025, so the colder/most expensive months of the year. Gas approximately $30 monthly, Electric Sept $24.05, Oct $73.31, Nov $82.44, Dec $139.63, Jan $144.26, Feb $173.39, Mar $100.11, April $85.97 & no May bill yet. Water/Sewer $130-$150 monthly based on usage. Garbage depends on can size, approximately $20-$40 monthly I believe. They left early taking advantage of my allowing early break of lease to buy a home when using me as their real estate agent. I offer this to all of my tenants (other than moving during the following months; Oct-Feb as those are harder months to re-lease). We had a blast searching for homes and they recently found one they love! I'd always love to do for any tenants interested.

"There’s not really any community events I participate in, but farmers market is a good family-friendly event "
  • Pearlstory19
"Dog owners would MOST like that neighbors aren’t too concerned with dogs going potty in their yards, as long as you keep things picked up. Dog owners would NOT like, is that there are coyotes in the area and can scare the dogs day or night."
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful neighborhood and people. very respectful and safe place! I was just visiting but wouldn't mind living here. "
  • Trulia User

"Family friendly neighborhood. Great sense of community. Great views of Possession sound. Everyone mows their lawn! "
  • Smithnumberthree
"A lot of transients in the area. Therefore there is a lot of garbage and broken glass around. Probably due to the jail being located in the middle of town and many shelters and such in the area. Also, the town seems to lack adequate lighting in the neighborhoods. "
  • Kristaludwig23
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year now and I love how many parents are near by and I’m grateful to be able to talk walks with my kids and feel safe and feel like everyone is looking out for me."
  • Joekeo_619
"Although it is a busy area, a lot of my son’s friends/ classmates live nearby. We border multiple school districts. Neighbors near us are very friendly and willing to help you if you ask. "
  • Jaysoto20

"The neighborhood is quite with easy access to I-5 from 41st st. Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch. Local food is varied and there are lots of ethnic choices including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Chinese and American fair. "
