This is for the bedroom only!! You would have a shared bathroom and common areas. There is a large Arizona room 12' x 40' attached. New carpet will be installed in the bedroom and it has been freshly painted. There is parking available, laundry facitilies located in the unit. There is a beautiful backyard which is maintained by others with fig trees.

All one level unit with off-street parking. This is a property with 2 duplexes total.

Male tenant has been in the unit for several years and plans to remain. Tenant works and keeps to himself.

Electric will be shared, water, sewer, garbage is included in rent.

No Smoking or pets in unit.
