The kitchen and laundry room are shared. The kitchen includes pans and cutlery (Additional fridge space, pantry space, and pan storage). The laundry room has space to hang clothing (an ironing board and iron are available). Utilities are included. Carport parking for one vehicle.

The property has two friendly guard dogs and two barn cats. The dogs do not get along with other animals. No smoking.

The home has steps inside, so the room is not wheelchair accessible.

    "There’s far less traffic than some other areas. There are prime rush hours on the highway in the morning and evening, but those can be avoided by timing your commute or taking back roads that take the same amount of time but feel faster. Overall, the commute is not bad. "
