Xcel: Average monthly payment $190 for gas and electricity

All utilities must be transferred into your name starting when the lease begins, and this transfer needs to be set up before you can move in.
Pets:
Cat fees: Due with deposit: $300. Monthly: $25/cat
Dog Fees: Due with deposit: $300. Monthly $40/dog
Application Fees: There is a $40 application fee for each adult living at the residence to cover the cost of application, credit, and background check, and all adults must be on the lease. Zillow applications also accepted if performed within the last 30 days.

Rental qualifications:
INCOME: Total gross household monthly income must be equal to or greater than 2x the monthly rent. We will require proof of income which can be shown through paystubs, automatic payroll deposit records, or other forms of verifiable monthly income. Total monthly gross income for this property must be at least $6,000. Debt to income ratio must not exceed 36%
CREDIT: No rental properly collections, no excessive late credit payments, judgments, bankruptcies, or collections. Minimum credit score of 600.
PETS/ANIMALS: 3 pets maximum (no weight restrictions or breed restrictions contingent on city laws).
We do not allow growing of marijuana of any type on our property.
DEPOSIT: 1x the rental amount or 1.5x the rental amount depending on credit
RENTAL HISTORY: We will verify your past and current rental history. Prior evictions will result in a denial. References from previous landlords a plus.
Must have Renter's Insurance. Proof of Renter's Insurance will be required.
SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHERS: Not accepted.
LEASE DURATION: 10-11 months with option to renew.
