The well-equipped eat-in kitchenette includes everything you need to feel at home: a full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer, dual induction cooktop, portable oven, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy your own shady private patio, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring. Off-street parking is available in the driveway, and I live next door should you need anything during your stay.

The studio is located in the vibrant West King neighborhood, known for its local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and growing entertainment district along nearby West King Street. Despite being close to the action, the home sits on a quiet residential street just one block from the San Sebastian River. Historic downtown St. Augustine is an easy walk or bike ride away, making it simple to enjoy the city's shops, restaurants, attractions, and waterfront without needing to drive.

It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age.
