As the house stands, this house is no longer furnished and there are currently no appliances,(stove, fridge, washer or dryer) I am willing to work out a discounted rent if the renter purchases them, or have them installed prior to move in date. No smoking in the house or on the premises. Pets are allowed on a case to case basis with also a $500 rental fee per animal no aggressive breeds. Rental fees are $1200 a month, 12 month lease, and utilities are covered by renter. Background, credit check & references will be done prior to signing rental agreement.
