 Downtown Phoenix and Tempe (ASU), all within 15 minutes drive.

Home includes:
WIFI internet, Gas, electricity (AC + Heating), weekly garbage disposal, landscaping services, RO Water System are all provided, indoor laundry (washer + dryer)
Lots of parking right outside the front door (free)

Rules:
 Pet free.
No smoking or drugs.
Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 6 AM.
 NO parties.
 Guests at minimum (lease will explain in detail)

The house is gated, has a quiet location, and close to the I-10 freeway. There is about a 10-15 minute drive to ASU Tempe Campus, Arizona Mills mall, and the airport. So it's a very great location plus close to freeway.

I am looking for 2 roommates. I have 2 seperate rooms available for rent in my house located near 32nd and Broadway.
Bathroom between the 2 rooms is shared. The house is fully furnished including the kitchen. The rooms are empty.

Each room is $1000 each which includes utilities.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean , professional, and courteous of my home.
NO PETS! No loud noises past 10pm! No parties! No extended stays of friends/family/guest! There is a dishwasher, fridge, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, nice big couch, & WiFi.
