The front patio is tiled and equiped with FIRE PIT and GRILL. The unit is located on the par three GOLF Course's. A golf pass costs $35/year. The garage is equiped with a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated parking space. There are also guest parking spaces available. This unit is 100 yards from the club house with daily, weekly and monthly activities, library, bocce court, PICKLEBALL court, community HOT TUB, pool, and golf privileges. A monthly news letter is provided to present scheduled activities. This is a GREAT place to live. Available May 15.

This can be a 3-4 month lease. This is a 55 year old and older community. Full security deposit due at lease signing. The unit Owner pays water. Renter pays electric, garbage and cable. Renter must water potted plants on patios weekly.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
