The property and the gardens are beautifully maintained and the tenant bears no responsibility for maintenance.
The home has central heat and air and includes all utilities except electricity. This leaves the tenant with the ability to come and go with little concern which would make the adobe a great second home as well.
The home is available partly furnished or unfurnished and includes all appliances.
The kitchen and the bedrooms are currently furnished as per the photos. The living room is the only room currently unfurnished. The outdoor furniture is included as well if desired.
All sheers and shades are included. The living room shades are light filtering and the shades in the bedroom are blackout shades for a good nights sleep.
This home also has a private electric vehicle charger in the driveway. The adobe is a duplex but the charger and the driveway are for the sole use of this particular home.
