The location is central to Olean, one block from the Allegany River dikes for great walks, 4 blocks from a sizeable park with wading pool. Saint Bonaventure University and much shopping (Walmart) and restaurants are within a mile, as well as an entrance/ exit ramp for Route 86.

We pay for water and gas (includes heating). Tenant pays for electric.
No smoking or pets. It is a month to month lease. This apartment is on the first floor. There is an option available for furnished or fully furnished. There is street parking always available. The neighborhood is quiet with an occasional car passing. There is a $60

    "I just moved out of the city but lived there in my last house for ten years. My neighbors became my friends. We helped each other and looked after each other. Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. Plus, it was convenient to everything - grocery, bank, gym, restaurant, movie and even the liquor store!"

    "I have lived here for almos 40 years and have never encountered neighbors like these. These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
