This room has its own private covered patio entrance facing the east morning sun. For early risers, the East side Patio is a perfect peaceful quiet place to greet the morning sun with a cup of coffee or tea while the birds sing their morning songs. In the afternoons, the covered patio, which faces a very large shaded tree, allows one to relax and unwind in total privacy. There are also two large room windows that face the south wooded backyard. The room has three separate closets. Carport parking comes along with the room rental. There are three other Golden Age ladies renting the three other rooms of this recently updated spacious four-bedroom house valued at $375,000. The residence is located in a safe wooded walking neighborhood that is close to a park, restaurants, shopping malls, and highway 75. There is a very large back patio with a wooded backyard with large, shaded trees with no alley way. All of this along with the large trees provide total privacy from the surrounding neighbors. There is a dry creek along the middle of the large backyard which becomes a small brook after a good shower rain. In the afternoon it is common to see individuals, couples and families walking up and down the front street enjoying walking with nature and getting important exercise.
