Non smoking inside unit per City Ordinance. Cat ok, sorry no pet dogs. The unit is ideal for one person.

Walking distance to eateries, coffee shops, and pubs. Property is about 100 feet from the main bus lines to Downtown and the Trolley.

Parking can be a hassle and there is a noticeable increase in the homeless population...but this is not uncommon in most major cities. We have easy access the best of the city’s entertainment, Balboa Park, awesome food venues and freeways. "
