The bathroom features a full-sized bathtub and tiled shower. A second vanity in the bathroom can serve as extra storage or a convenient prep station for your morning routine!

Included: heat, hot water, trash, water/sewer, lawn care, snow plowing.
Resident responsible for: electric (Green Mountain Power) and cable/wifi (if desired).

- Pets negotiable with $500 refundable pet deposit. Vet records are required and if its a dog, we must meet the dog.
- No smoking
- Off street parking

 Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Year long lease required.
