OCEAN VIEW 1-bedroom walkup apartment (note: UPSTAIRS!!) in a rare vintage beach home, located on the no-drive/no cars section of St. Augustine Beach. Only one house removed from ocean front, it's a quick walk to the beach over a newly county-built boardwalk walkway through a lovely, protected dune setting. This charming apartment has 10-ft. ceilings with lots of natural light and character. It includes a new energy efficient central air conditioning and heating unit, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, and new paint throughout with brand new carpet. Please note - NO FURNITURE, just appliances.

Landlord lives downstairs. There are two apartments upstairs. The available apartment is south-facing, and it benefits from both morning and afternoon light, as well as an ocean view. There is an interior hallway entrance with 13 steps to the apartment door. All of us living in the building are 70 years of age or older and retired. It is a quiet environment, and that's important to us. This apartment is intended for one mature individual 60 YEARS or OLDER (female would be preferable) who appreciates older homes and wants a tranquil beach lifestyle, and who will fit in well in our building. If you like gardening, that would be a plus, as the previous tenant created plant, flower and herb gardens.

Again, this is a SECOND-FLOOR WALKUP apartment, with NO FURNITURE!! for person 60 YEARS OR OLDER.
