Automatic lighting in front and back yards. 2 car garage with extra parking out front. Yard was designed by a local master gardener and includes a spectacular rose garden with over 20 varieties of roses. Looking for a renter interested in a one year lease.

Home is set back from main road and private and secluded. Propane and electric are to be paid by renter - house has solar under NEM2. House has its own well. Security system is installed and available if tenants wish to activate account. Small dogs and cats are allowed as long as they do not damage yard or house. Owner will provide general maintenance of front and back yard and tenant is welcome to plant what they wish in the flower and veggie beds. First and last month rent of $3,600 and security deposit is due upon signing.

If you are looking for a racy lifestyle you will be disappointed, however, if you are looking for a great place to retire, or to start retiring, this is a good choice. It is quiet, the neighborhoods are safe, and the people care about the community. The coast is 2 hours away as well as wineries, the mountains are within 40 minutes. The only drawback is the college in Visalia is not quite as develped as it should or could be. It would be nice if they had a broader selection of classes for adults, art, cooking, writing, languages etc....then it would be awsome!"
