Bedroom 1, 161 sq ft, the second-largest room in the house, with its own private en-suite full bathroom and a closet. Furnished with bed frame and mattress, desk, wall-mounted TV, mini-fridge and microwave. Individual mini-split so you set your own temperature. Keypad lock on your door.

SHARED SPACES
Six-bedroom home rebuilt in 2024 under permit. Full kitchen with a full-size side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water, electric smooth-top range, over-the-range microwave, double-bowl stainless sink and white shaker cabinets. Every resident gets their own labeled pantry cabinet. Living room, dining area and family room. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, no carpet. Two water heaters. Washer and dryer on site, coin-operated at $1.50 per load.

OUTSIDE
Front and back yard, brick-paver walkway, wood privacy fencing on the rear runs. Off-street parking with six designated spaces across the driveway and alley.

LOCATION
2956 E Mobile Ln, Phoenix 85040 - minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, South Mountain Park and Preserve, and the I-10 and SR 143 interchanges. Roughly six miles from downtown Phoenix and from ASU Tempe.

TERMS
$825 per month, all-inclusive - electricity, water, sewer, trash, air conditioning, and high-speed internet included. Monthly professional pest control and scheduled common-area cleaning included. Single occupancy per room. No pets. Rental application required. Managed by Uplift Homes LLC.
