The kitchen includes a refrigerator, brand new dishwasher (installed Spring 2026), microwave, and garbage disposal with plenty of cupboard space. The open floor plan downstairs has wood floors, a living room, a large dining area, common open kitchen and spacious indoor laundry room with hook ups for a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a large closet and a sliding door to a small balcony. There is a spacious fenced yard with shade. This property is an easy walk to shopping, schools, bus line and easy access to the freeway. Weekly lawn service is included. This property has had tender, loving care as the owner's only rental. A YEAR LEASE IS REQUIRED. Tenants will be required to pay the first month rent plus a security deposit equal to the monthly rent. Owner is willing to divide the deposit over a three month period. Tenant pays W/S/G monthly.
Owner requires credit report/check to be submitted with application, no application fee.
