A fully appointed gourmet kitchen with Viking range, a Bosch dishwasher, and a large farmhouse dining table. There is also a large seating area around fireplace, with large smart TV facing the forest (with sound bar). A comfortable stone walled living room facing the front yard with dogwood trees, pines, and sycamores has hardwood floors, a comfortable seating area fireplace, television, and a billiard table. There is an additional smaller shady patio seating area just outside of the living room. The house has excellent WI-Fi (200-400 Mpbs) and two desks for working.

The home is on three levels, but the living area and large ensuite master bedroom with laundry and walk in closet are located on its main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a cozy sitting room in between, and a shared bathroom. Downstairs, there is an additional stone bedroom with an electric fireplace and sitting area, and a bathroom with shower.

There is a carriage house on the property over the garage that rents as a STR, but can be added to this lease pending its availability. It is one bedroom and bathroom unit with a full kitchen. And, the house itself can be also rented for less excluding the master suite.

Home just a few short blocks off highway 18, walking distance from restaurants and antique shops, and a boutique wine/ bottle shop, 1/2 mile from Sky park, and 1.5 miles from Lake Arrowhead Village. The closest grocery store, drugstore, and additional restaurants are a 6 minute drive away in the village. Lake Gregory is the closest public lake, and is a 15 minute drive down to Crestline.

The home is fully furnished and appointment... You need only bring your own clothing and food!

Lease is all inclusive and includes utilities, and bi-monthly cleaning. NO SMOKING, and no pets. There is garage parking for two cars, and a plug for an electric vehicle. Use of electrical plug involves extra charge.
