Rental also includes washer/dryer, storage area for bikes and additional items, fenced backyard, garden with raised beds (so many blueberries!) deck, a driveway for your vehicle and plenty of street parking. This home will be unfurnished.

Rent is $2,100 per month. Waste collection (including garbage, compost and recycling) and lawn care are included. Renters are responsible for electric/water and internet. A $2,100 security deposit and first month's rent are requested as part of rental agreement. A single pet may be considered with additional pet deposit. Credit, background and reference check will be required as part of the rental process.

The sunsets are gorgeous. It is incredibly safe for kids and pets. There is a real sense of community and we have truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend the area!"
