Private, well-maintained and large, the fully fenced backyard has a covered deck and patio.

The upper level has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. The large primary bedroom is beautiful and sleek with hard flooring, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite primary bathroom that has a separate tub (jets inoperable), shower with a view, and dual sinks. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a large family room, a second kitchen, fireplace, additional washer/dryer hookups, and a walk-out patio.

A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $5,600 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only.

UTILITIES: The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, satellite or cable TV, water, sewer, and trash payments. Residents are also responsible for alarm monitoring (optional), video camera surveillance (optional), maintaining the water softener salt level, replacing water filters, removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and deck/patio in the winter, and maintaining the lawn/yard. An active renters insurance policy is required during the lease period.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Sandy offers a versatile location for city lovers and outdoor adventurers alike! Leisurely travel times to ski resorts in both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, the neighborhood is convenient to city parks and local eateries. Sandy is also home to Rio Tinto Stadium (home to professional soccer team Real Salt Lake), Jordan Commons, the Southtowne Expo Center, the Sandy Amphitheater, and Sandy Arts Guild.

APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applications submitted through third-party websites will not be considered. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time. Owner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or source of income.
