The room is located in a quiet area, and only a 3 minute walk from Bakersfield College. A gas station is about a 3 minute drive away. Spacious parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
The home has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room includes a TV but is otherwise unfurnished. All utilities are included except Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer are available for an additional $40 fee.
There are three other people living in separate rooms in the home. The tenant will have access to the shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry area.
Backyard access is negotiable.
Rent is $700 per month. The security deposit is $250.
