My Dog and I are looking to rent out a room and get a roommate. I'll take care of the bills, HoA, DTE, Comcast and Consumers, I added a flat utility fee to help with those monthly coasts. You wont need to pay anymore for gas, electric, wifi, water or the $400 HoA fee. I'll just use the flat rate to help with those costs.

The period for renting is set at one month, I set it to that just in case someone only needed a place for a month. It is available longer, and we can discuss 3, 6 or any number of months/weeks whatever.

Condo Complex in safe and convenient location, off Big Beaver and John R. This area feels like a park it's hard to be;believe Big Beaver is so close. 5.1 acre field that is kept natural by the city makes for a great escape from the city. HoA does a wonderful job, it's extremely safe and family friendly. Also has a basement, it is not yet finished, however plans to do so in the near future.

Also a pool, I have not used it yet. Judging by the condition and upkeep of this complex I am guessing it's well taken care of.

If you like to garden, I can show you an area you may use, as long as it follows all the rules.

A pass I have is needed to park in the parking space. There is a car port assigned to this address I also purchased, I usually park in that spot, but if you have a bike or something we can figure something out.

Has Wifi, upgraded to 500mbps and the upload is pretty fast too. New furniture, floors, fresh paint and drywall work, Washer and Dryer in basement and more. I put a lot of work into the place, so it's very clean and fresh. Plan on finishing the basement so cannot promise much space to store things down there.

Utility fee covers the internet, HoA ($400 a month), electric, gas and whatever else. I don't mind using my Netflix and other subscriptions, they are set up in the living room on a new TV mounted to the wall. All furniture is brand new, also dishwasher, washing machine and more. Then wear and tear that happen naturally is also covered.

Everything I have not replaced yet are only 7 years old and have been thoroughly cleaned. I moved in recently after renting to a family for a few years (just before that it was 100% renovated), and have it like new again.

I just painted the entire place also did a lot of drywall work. I cleaned like crazy and it's like new. I just moved in and have done lots of work to get it feeling new and fresh. I replaced most appliances and in the p[process of replacing the others that haven't been. Although all are working and not very old too start.

Anyone interested can come check it out, also we could meet up for food or coffee and discuss the terms and meet each other. Students with a vehicle at Oakland University or OCC (Auburn Hills) would have an easy commute. Also some other trade schools are in the area.

2 Bedrooms each with California closets, saving space. The room for rent has new flooring as well as the entire ground level. Recently painted, vents change, new blinds (black out), and is as clean as a room can get.

One window, opens up and down. door has a lock as well.

Share the rest of the ground level, and can store some thing in basement, however plan on finishing it soon, so cannot guarantee a bunch of space down there.

 I have an extra mattress, not used very long and clean, it's a twin. if anyone is in a pickle. Also technically could stay in the basement If you don't mind it being unfinished, and some of my things stored (also where washer and dryer are located). It is bigger, however would only recommend it if you would need lower rent each month.
