House Rules & Requirements
Guest Policy:
Overnight guests are welcome on an occasional basis. We ask that guests be respectful of shared spaces and other housemates, especially regarding noise levels and common area use.
Pets:
Pets are allowed for an additional fee, upon written request.
Cleaning Expectations:
Tenants are responsible for keeping their personal space clean and maintaining shared areas by cleaning up after themselves. Dishes should be washed after use, trash should be taken out regularly, and personal items should not be left in common spaces. Shared bathrooms should be kept tidy, with surfaces wiped down after use. Everyone is expected to contribute to general household cleaning, such as vacuuming and clearing common areas, either individually or on a rotating basis as needed.

    "Not sure. I do not have time to attend community events due to work and shift schedule. Occasionally there will be a concert in the park that is a nice change and offers the opportunity to get outside while enjoying the local musicians and later stroll down main street and have dinner at one of the many great dinning options that Plano offers."
