The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age.
