This home is our sanctuary and would like it to remain calm, quiet and peaceful.

The house has been completely remodeled. Brand new kitchen and all new floors throughout. Ample street parking. Washer and dryer in the garage.

Roommate #1 works in a restaurant and
he enjoys cooking.

Roommate #2 Works for a fire alarm company. Enjoys playing video games in his room in his free time.

Roommate #3 A teacher aid for a special school near by. He enjoys cooking basic dinner every night but cleans up after himself right away. He is off during the summers but enjoys camping and riding his motorcycle.

Roommate #4 you

We prefer roommates who do light cooking and are social and friendly but can also respect the fact that when people come home from work they may want quite time and space.

We are not in a rush to fill the room. We are looking for the right person for our happy home. If you are not comfortable living with everyone mentioned above then please do not contact me about the room.

Located on East Olivera Road in Concord, between Esperanza and Port Chicago.

    "Bonifacio is a very busy street. There are three very large annoying speed bumps right by the house There’s a dog park that you can walk to so there’s a lot of traffic from that it as well. It is a main thoroughfare through Concord. There are too many cars parking in that street. Parking is hard to find. "

Rush hour traffic going to and from the city is miserable. If I do travel, I plan to travel around rush hour traffic. It’s tough going through Walnut Creek as well. "
