Nice neighborhood park is only 3 blocks away.

Small pets allowed with approval and deposit $250. No pit bulls, stafford terriers, akitas, rottweilers, doberman, chows or wolf mix. They are not allowed by our insurance.

    "We are on a quiet street without street parking allowed. We really like that we can walk our dogs and there’s only people around that live here. Usually not any strange people or riff-raff. All of our neighbors keep good care of their yards and take pride in their homes."

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
