Upstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a laundry room with the washer and dryer included. Islander is a gated community with a lovely pool for cooling off in the summer heat. Includes lawncare. One small dog or one cat allowed with pet deposit.

It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age.
