Pets are OK with a $500 deposit and $50 monthly fee per pet.

Tenants pay electricity, gas, and water, sewer, trash and tenant is responsible for landscaping.

Requirements: Credit score 620 or higher, no evictions, and 3 time rent in household income, no violent criminal convictions.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."

    "Liberty Farms in Eagle Mountain is a clean, beautifully maintained, family friendly area where you are close enough to be to walk to Eagle Mountains only resturaunts, grocery store, schools, medical centers and public transportation but you still feel like you get the outdoory wilderness feel. In winter, we even see quite a few deer in our yards. "
