On the second floor the bedrooms are larger and are complimented with a bathroom.

150$ pet non refundable deposit , 45$ additional a month per pet. No pets over 35lbs

Tenant Screening:
All adults that will be living in the unit need to fill out a separate application.

Requirements:
-Felony/OVI/DUI and Misdemeanor convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in light of mitigating factors, such as the person's age at the time a crime was committed, evidence of good behavior since the crime was committed, and how long ago the conviction occurred
-No recent charge offs/collections
-No utilities in collections
-Not a sex offender
-If no previous landlord reference, you will ask to have a co-signer
-Monthly income 3x monthly rent amount in verifiable income

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
